Mô tả công việc
– Respond to new requests, prepare proposals, offer consultations and follow up with potential customers (via emails and online meetings)Maintain good relationships with current clients and new prospects
– Manage client’s expectation, timeline, and payment of all ongoing projects; coordinating with the production team to provide client insights and ensure the project’s quality
– Coordinating with the marketing team on required activities to help improve marketing approach (client reports, research, insights analysis)
– Providing marketing team with customer insights to build effective marketing campaigns
– Maintaining lists of client databases, project records…
– Other tasks under requirements of Account Manager or General Manager
