Auditor & Quality Control (QC) Positions

• Conduct supplier assessments for Vietnam factories and provide detailed English-written reports.
• Assist Vietnam factories in setting up audit systems and implementing CAPA improvements.
• Monitor and follow up on action points until completion.
• Work within Target, ICTI, BSCI, Sedex, and GSV audit systems.
• Perform final inspections on finished goods in the Stationery, Artistic Gift Products, Hardware, and Electronic products industries.
• Follow up on quality defects during inspections and prepare English inspection reports.
• Monitor supplier defect improvements and oversee the manufacturing process.
• Ensure all products meet testing standards and requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with excellent English communication skills and fluency in Vietnamese.
• Experience with audit systems such as Target, ICTI, BSCI, Sedex, GSV.
• Experience on both inspection and factory audit (Quality system, RS and C-TPAT ) experience on consumer products
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Must have a strong sense of responsibility, work ethic, and principled character.
• Ability to stay in Vietnam for the duration of the position.
• More than 3 years of inspection experience in the Stationery, Artistic Gift Products, Hardware, or Electronic products industries.
• Familiarity with testing standards in these industries.
• Candidates should be hardworking, meticulous, and have strong attention to detail.
