1. Develop and execute business development strategies for a long-term customer relation.
2. Penetrate top enterprises especially in the Fintech and software development industry.
3. Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive business development plans to further grow TPI software's key relationships.
4. Understand customer's business to be able to explore Fintech and software development opportunities.
5. Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate TPI software's value proposition effectively to customers.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market.
7. Interface with product and project development team to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. 3+ years of experience in IT/Fintech/software industry, with proven professional experience as an international business development manager with sales track record.
2. Have B2B related experience in IT industry.
3. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
4. Proactive, energetic and outgoing personality
5. Currently lives in or be willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
