Mô tả công việc
- Planning and managing the advertising campaigns, content marketing campaigns, and maintaining ISA's image on media including website, SEO/SEM/PPC, email, social media
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and report on profit margins of marketing campaigns based on goals
- Brainstorm and present new marketing campaigns, and optimize spending and performance based on insights
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, videos, images, fan page
- Monitor and analyze the success of created content
- Work with graphic designers to create unique and engaging content
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites to increase traffic for ISA digital platforms
- Update social media channels, web technologies, and the latest Digital Marketing trends
- Implement new technology into campaign building and adapt existing campaigns to include new information
- Collaborate with multiple teams within the company

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and other related majors
- At least 1 year of Digital Marketing experience in the education field
- Expert on social networking platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google,...
- Preference will be given to candidates who have excellent English for all skills
- Ability to build positive, harmonious, and professional relationships
- Be creative, resourceful, independent, motivated, and want to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication
