Mô tả công việc

Joining into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure a diverse set of qualified resources
Promote Pixta’s Employer branding through offering good candidate experience, attending career fairs and increasing brand identity in social platform
Build talent pools for future recruitment and mating lasting relationships with potential candidates to ensure hiring quantity and quality
Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to fill up both tech and non-tech vacancies (Web Developers, AI Engineers, Scrum Master….)
Fully utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Headhunting services, recruiting platforms…) to attract, engage candidates and convert them into applicant
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria for candidates.
Conduct essential surveys and make plan for L&D activities based on the business goals and employee’s needs
Coordinate with teams to implement activities in the effort to build an active learning environment and increase employee working efficiency
Follow up to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs

Salary: 500$ – 1000$

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum Bachelor Degree
+1 years of experience in recruitment field (prefer hi-tech industry) from sourcing to onboarding with strong interviewing and candidate evaluating capabilities
Experience in organizing L&D activities is advantageous
Have good English proficiency, especially writing and speaking to draft plans, conduct interviews and monthly report to CEO
Possess both recruitment and marketing mindset to drive talent acquisition activities toward fast changing technology industry
Be good at communication, networking, negotiation skills
Be self-motivated and self-learning
