• Solving problems related to products and services by verifying complaints from customers; identify the cause of the problem; choose and explain the best solution; immediate repair or adjustment; follow up to make sure the problem is resolved and pleasing customers.
• Support for ordering, canceling orders, refunding, or exchanging goods.
• Propose a solution when the product is defective.
• Gather customer information and analyze customer needs to recommend potential products and services to managers.
• Assists in operations tasks in e-commerce segment where assigned, for example rechecking orders, recheck address for full compliance before posting as order completions
