Direct Tutor

- The Direct Tutor (DT) is a member of the Academic Team, and plays a vital role in students’ learning success.
- Deliver premium student educational experience with unrivaled customer service and care
- Ensure that students trust and follow the school’s teaching methodology
- Ensure that students are committed and adhere to their study plan and progress
- Give advising sessions, personalized support and assist students with their interaction with study technology, and other learning needs.
- Assist students with their multimedia learning in the Interactive Center (computer lab) and assist with any learning queries that students may have about the content
- Conduct student follow-ups and general Academic team’s administration duties
- Coordinate with Direct Teachers for various student-centered activities
- Other tasks assigned by Academic Manager as required.

- Vietnamese national, aged between 22 – 28 years 
- Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy/English linguistics
- Demonstrate fluency in English (TOEIC score 800+ or IELTS 6 is recommended) 
- Tutoring experience in English is an advantage 
- Passionate about English and education
- Energetic, friendly, professional and highly customer focused
- Enjoy speaking English and is comfortable doing so on a daily basis 
- Willing to work following flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (08 work hours/day, 5.5 days/week) 
- Able to work on your feet for an extended period of time.
