Director

- Organize the implementation of the General Manager's and Owner's resolutions and decisions;
- Decide on issues related to the company's business activities;
- Organize the implementation of the company's business plan and investment plan;
- Representing the company in the negotiation and signing of economic contracts worth more than VND 1 billion;
- Can represent the General Manager to work with foreign partners of the company;
- Can represent the General Manager to participate in international exhibitions and fairs;
- Creating an official relationship between the company and European trade promotion organizations such as EBN, Eurocham, SME2B, and EEN (Enterprise Europe Network);
- To serve as the focal point for establishing the company's membership or strategic partnership with other trade promotion organizations in Vietnam, such as Amcham, Icham, and Cancham;
- Assisting the company in becoming a strategic partner of government business support organizations such as Singapore Enterprise in Vietnam. Be accountable for business results to the General Manager/Owner;
- Proposing an organizational structure plan for the company;
- Proposing a plan to use profits or deal with losses in business;
- Under the direction of the Owner, recruit, sign labor contracts with employees, and sign service contracts with partners and customers;
- Other rights and obligations are subject to the Legal Representative's responsibility and the labor contract signed with the company.

- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Manager in one of the following fields: management consulting, marketing consulting, promoting services in foreign and Vietnamese markets, and assisting the General Manager. In the absence of the General Manager, the General Manager performs daily tasks in support of the company's business activities;
- Bachelor's degree in one of the majors in Economics or Marketing;
- English level like native speakers or IELTS 8.5 or higher, English - British accent;
- Be familiar with software such as Canva, Cello, and Powerpoint;
- Requires at least the referrer's information and the establishment of a relationship with the referrer so that the company can join organizations on business cooperation in Europe such as EBN, Eurocham, SME2B, EEN as a member for two years (Enterprise Europe Network);
- A person who has spent at least two years working directly with an enterprise that has become a strategic partner of Singapore Enterprise in other countries.
