Finance And Accounting Manager

- Coordinate with related departments to negotiate, draft as well as monitor and manage construction contracts - get detailed information about contract value, implementation time, items to be completed.
- Carefully read the project estimate, stick to the cost breakdown table - accurately grasp the cost level so that when exporting materials, it must match the estimated norm
- Check documents, payment conditions, make payment proposals for construction items in accordance with regulations.
- Track material costs, labor costs, equipment operation... timely detect deviations from the norm - determine the cause, other costs outside the estimated plan...
- Track the construction log to accurately determine the specific fuel consumption of construction machines and use of construction materials

Accounting works requirments:
- Organise the company’s accounting system in compliance with the accounting regime issued by ministry of finance and the company’s regulations
- Report on time all reports.
- Planning, organizing, checking the accounting entries and accounting system,
- Training and guideline staffs to complete KPI.
- Take reponsible for the accounting data with internal company and external.
- Effective solution for costing saving in the accounting system.
Financial work requirements.
- Planning the shorterm finance policy
- Balance cash flow to ensure good cash management for project and company’s operation requirments.
- Establish capital structure and asset of business and company policy
- Propsing plans and advising the company ‘s Board of directors on the cost- effective solutions, finance and accounting works.
- Prepared and check Cash flow report for each project . Cost of project for projects
