Innovation Engineer

Apply statistical methods, and mathematical calculations (e.g. OEE) to analyze factory machinery and labor productivity, capacity requirements, and areas for improvement
Implement Visual Management system in the Factory - 5S, Performance Metrics, Information Boards, Standard Work Instructions, etc.
Implement the Kanban Inventory Management system for Materials and WIPs in the Factory to increase efficiency, productivity, and visibility.
Coordinate with the Product Development and Quality team on mock-up production, managing the mock-up processes in Production, and preparing the Pre-Production Approval (PPA) report.
Design the layout and control system of factory machinery, finished goods, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency and reliability.
Training production workers for new and current processes, providing instructions, managing industrial process documentation, and preparing production reports as per ISO 9001 standards.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in the manufacturing industry preferably the garment industry.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Technical Knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD / CAM.
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing: VSM / Gemba / Kaizen / Yamazumi.
Strong leadership skills shown via your extracurricular activities at University or technical projects at work.
Can work individually and in a team and can handle high working pressure.
