Lead Project Manager

• Your primary role is to manage and supervise Web3/NFT projects commissioned by our multiple international clients from start to completion.
• You will communicate with our founder Patrick Dang, the internal team, and contractors (website designers, website & blockchain developers, content marketing team, collaboration managers, etc.) to ensure the projects reach their scheduled goals and have the highest output quality possible.
• During this process, you will assess progress, foresee any potential risks, and evaluate how to solve these problems.
• You will create operational systems to help you with administrative tasks, communications, and reporting.
• You will evaluate what the company is missing and what needs to be done to improve
• You will also be responsible for leading various operational initiatives such as legal (copyright & trademark), finances, hiring, budgeting, etc. No job is too small or big.
• You will also act as an account manager, handling brand sponsorships with our partner companies. Sales skills are not required, but people skills are a must.

• This is a full-time on-site role
• Working time: 9a.m to 6p.m from Mon to Fri.

• Experience in project management
• Must be organized
• Willing to learn about operations & administration and know how to do research on your own
• Willing to learn about crypto, Web3, and NFTs
• Must be able to adapt quickly
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools
• Must be able to present ideas effectively to Western audience using verbal/text communication & apps for presentations (ex: Powerpoint/Figma/Sketch)
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English as we are an American company
• Must be able to adapt to a western-style working culture
• Responsible, accountable, and kind
