Mô tả công việc

- Identifying and Finding end-users:
Conduct research to identify TP-Link's target market and approach potential end-users in the networking devices and camera industry. For example, Restaurants and cafes, Hotel and tourism resort, Schools and universities, Hospitals and medical institutions, Government departments and public places, Commercial office buildings and office buildings, Retail stores and shopping malls
Analyze the competition and understand customer needs to propose suitable solutions and products
- Consultation and Quoting:
Provide advice to customers regarding TP-Link's products and solutions, address their queries, and motivate them to make purchases.
Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate contract terms to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term cooperation.
- Sales Promotion:
Propose and implement sales promotion strategies, including participating in trade shows, events, or organizing seminars related to TP-Link's products and solutions.
Monitor marketing activities' results, enhance effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
- Building Customer Relationships:
Nurture and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and excellent customer care.
Regularly monitor customer feedback and requirements to ensure satisfaction and foster customer loyalty.
- Provide regular reports on job outcomes and sales activities to TP-Link's management.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the networking devices, cameras, and other IT products industry trends and new opportunities.
Propose innovative solutions and product development based on market insights.
- Business Orientation:
Participate in TP-Link's business planning process, contribute ideas, and help build effective business strategies within the networking devices and camera industry.
Provide yearly, quarterly, monthly & weekly report as BOD requested
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma or higher education degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi products, IT equipment, and networking devices.
- Prefer to have relationships with many Business Owners / IT managers / procurement managers/ Chief accountant... at companies
- Proficiency in English or Chinese communication
