Mô tả công việc

- Support in answering client queries about product specifications and uses via Facebook and Zalo.
- Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, and email customer inquiries.
- Identifying customer needs, handling their claims about the loss or damage during the transportation.
- Forwarding and transferring inquiries to relevant individuals and departments in order to solve customer's concern.
- Ensure that all data are inputted in ERP and are up to date for customers to track.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Be proactive in collecting customer's feedbacks to improve Genkin’s CRM platform as well as optimizing the service.
- Follow up with your clients to understand and meet their needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in all related fields.
- Proven experience in customer service position
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and relationship management.
