- Ensure continuity of service
- Provide a quality support
- Installation and Update software
- Configure applications.
- Assisting with systems integrations
- Verify and analyze application backups.
- In charge of planning installations / updating / maintenance operations with external partners
- Ensure that policies are followed by employees.
- Provide a monthly report of on the general state of applications.
- Knowledge SQL SERVER
- Knowledge Telephone system .
- Helpdesk current software for end user (iTAX, fingerprint machine,..)
- Knowledge about Linux system in advantage
- Identifying and resolving application and infrastructure issues.
- Complete the ticket application for each intervention.
- Provide user training.
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
- Basic knowledge of network: IP, VLAN,DNS, IP Phone, Camera
- Basic knowledge about domain, user, group, policy
- Knowledge of computer structure and experience in troubleshooting for computers and network.
