● Evaluate the quality of Sales' text messages and chats to ensure conversation quality, and enter daily reports for QC work;
● Detect and promptly report operational errors/issues affecting service quality;
● Maintain regular updates of professional knowledge to ensure supervision is carried out strictly in accordance with current regulations;
● Other related tasks as assigned by superiors.

● Bachelor Degree or above;
● Coaching and communication skills Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a contact center environment as a QA/ QC
● Experience within customer services
● Excellent leadership and communication skills
● Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening
