Mô tả công việc
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Work with the suppliers for warranty of products
- Make import and export clearance and apply for import license/permit
- Work with Customs Organization (if any)
- Arrange insurance for shipments
- Arrange international and domestic transportation
- Other tasks according to requirement of the company (if any)

- Periodically training and skills development;

- Pay full social insurance another benefits according to Vietnamese Labor Law;
- Working place: Hanoi and/or Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province, but need to go business trip in other provinces some times;
- SALARY RANGE: 11-15 Million VND
- Periodically training and skills development;
- Annual travel holidays with company;
- Pay full social insurance another benefits according to Vietnamese Labor Law;
- Working place: Hanoi and/or Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province, but need to go business trip in other provinces some times;

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field
- Excellent spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- 3+ years of related experience of procurement officer or related position
- Understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Can work under strong pressure
- Excellent spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- 3+ years of related experience of procurement officer or related position
- Understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
