- Ensuring all airline handling standards are met on a shift basis, following directions and instructions of the Manager
- Cooperating with the other co-worker to manage and control flight handling on the shift in order to optimize utilization
- Resolving customer problems and complaints while on duty and working with all departments
- Other administration support, and tasks assigned by the Manager

- Fluency in Korean/English is required
- Experience in customer service/aviation environment is an advantage
- Exellent knowledge of MS Office
