Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
Organize the brainstorming to devise a big idea
Coordinate with Creative team to create a proposal with solution strategies, communication plan, creative activities in line with Client’s marketing strategy, specializing in digital marketing
Negotiate and manage Clients on the company's behalf and ensure all requirements are delivered on time and beyond expectations.
Foresee problems/issues/crisis as they arise, seeking the best solution for team/company/client.
Handling an account line to meet KPIs of revenue and coaching. Responsible for their works.
Manage workload and development of the entry-level: AE.
Ensure cost-in/cost-out and report to head of account team quarterly.
Build up source of external suppliers. Able to negotiate and ensure margins are met.
Develop relationships with potential clients, suppliers, talents and other valuable resources.
Following up existing leads and seeking new opportunities.
Lead multiple projects in accordance with deadlines

For experience candidates: at least 6 months - 1 year experience in positions of planning/account in below-the-line marketing service (activation, event, PR, digital). Understand different consumer/customer’s insight and channels, priority FMCG category
Good presentation skills with PowerPoint (writing and visual), presentation skill, and ability to weave ideas into stories
Excellent English (both verbal and written)
The ability to make complex subjects understandable
Smart, dynamic, high motivation, and communication skill
Experience of digital, project management would be an advantage
