Mô tả công việc

- Approach new potential clients and explore new business potential (B2B);
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries. Provide comprehensive advice to clients on all aspects of the company's services;
- Identify, develop and implement market-driven strategies to determine target markets and contacts to pursue in order to achieve revenue goals;
- Actively work with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations;
- Develop sustainable and long-term business relationships with key clients, owner's reps;
- Actively participate and assist with client identification, qualifications and pursuit processes;
- Pursue potential projects that meet the company's project selection criteria;
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and contact information within and outside of the company;
- Responsible for preparing and managing an annual business development budget;
- Review contact terms & conditions.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Ideally from 1 year of work experience working within a dynamic organization in a business to business sales capacity;
- Previous experience working within advertising is also advantageous but not essential;
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively and interact at all levels;
- Strong motivation and drive to succeed to maximum potential;
- Innovative and creative with a natural curiosity to hunt for new business opportunities;
- Competitive personality who enjoys beating the competition;
- Works well under constant pressure;
- Attention to detail - good organizational skills;
- Team Player - but also able to work independently.
