Mô tả công việc
● Analyze business requirements in meetings together with BA, PO, and developers.
● Collaborate with developers on the backlog items and incidents.
● Report issues and follow-up until the release in the Live environment.
● Make test strategy, write test case, test plan, and execute test.
● Document the bug tracking report, release notes, and some system user guidelines.
● Provide customer support for system incident verifying and logging risks, issues, and system guidelines.
● Can adapt your time to the project’s task delivery on time.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Strong experiences in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing...)
● Having the Knowledge to advise the team and solve technical issues independently.
● Minimum of 3+ years of proven testing experience.
● Ability to coordinate, and communicate with customers, and teams on projects.
● Experience with testing tools: Postman, SQL (or the same tool).
● Good English communication and presentation skills.
● Having Knowledge about web services is preferred
● Having experience with JavaScript, HTML is preferred
● Having experience in automated testing and usability is preferred
● Knowledge of blockchain or VR/AR is preferred.
● Having the Knowledge to advise the team and solve technical issues independently.
