• Contribute and increase sale revenue
• Maintain visual merchandise & sales floors, following guideline
• Propose good sales items to superiors to place suitable order
• Collect and share customer feedback/market information

• Familiar with customer needs, up sales, and pursue store productivity and efficiency
• Always manage sales floors from the customer's point of view, to earn the trust and support from more customers
• Collect and share updated information from other companies, market, and surrounding areas
• Improve motivation and promote growth through an effective engagement with other staffs
• Able to speak basic English
• Able to transfer within one hour by appropriate transportation
• Have more than 1 year of working experience at other retail stores is a plus
