Mô tả công việc
- Preparing and monitoring recruitment plan of employees. Interview and recruit employees, attend interview and give advice for staves recruitment.
- Training new employees about company regulations and basic knowledge of company production progress.
- Manage salary, PIT and social insurance data.
- Resolve any problem relate to human resource such as claims about salary, working time, contracts...- Build salary table and report to industrial park management board every year, report employees quantity as well.
- Make promotion decision, salary increase and deduct decision, apply punishment or fire employees who have faults.
GA tasks:
- Control suppliers, find the best supplier and negotiate about price in various field such as stationery, canteen, water bottle, waste treatment...
- Book hotel, air ticket for employees business trip
- Manage company's facilities (canteen, parking lot, stock room...), make sure the office equipment in office and factory work.
- Manage security inside and outside company, make company security procedure.
- Work with government's agencies, industrial park's management board
- In charge of environment, fire prevention and fighting, labor safety, safety food.
- Manage office and office equipment
- Make purchase plan, purchase order of supplies, report monthly to Manager and General Manager.
- Make necessary procedure for Korean to work in Vietnam as visa, work permit, temporary resident card...
