Mô tả công việc
• Prospecting, calling, introducing about the company, build trust clarify customer’s needs, consultation, class arrangement.
• Be responsible for individual target (sales, renew, etc)
• Handle customers’ requests and complaints.
• Handle customers’ payments.
• Customer sastisfaction calling, survey, follow up
• Customer communication (start day, end day, test, result reporting, etc)
• Sales report, class report, shift report
• Classroom management
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

• Ability to work in high pressure environment
• Sales experience (education industry is an advantage)
• Growth mindset and love new challenges
• Available with working in shifts & comfortable with commission pay structure.
• Communications skills
• Problem solving skills
• Familiar with MS Office, G-suite (Gmail, Gdrive, G-apps, etc)
• English communication is an advantage
