Track, monitor and report stationary, telephone &
courier/mailing cost
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Organize travel arrangements for staff: hotel, flight, visa, and related
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and vendors information
Assist with event planning and implementation
Keep office area clean and tidy
Other office admin related tasks as assigned
In charge of parking card, staff ID card and fingerprint enrollment

Bachelor degree in related field
At least 1 years experience in office administration
Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
Internet skills including use of e-mail, group messaging and information gathering
Good at English in all skills
Detail-oriented, honest and proactive.
